Staff recruiting and selection in the health field, historically carried out under the Adecco Medical brand, will now become part of the XPE company, a member of the Adecco Group, under the business name of XPE Medical. This integration fits perfectly with the Adecco Belgium strategy of pursuing the development of professional staffing through specialised services intended for highly qualified profiles.

XPE Medical, formerly Adecco Medical, has operated on the market for approximately ten years, providing specific healthcare staff selection and recruitment services (nurses, paediatric nurses, educators, laboratory assistants, medical secretaries, etc.). XPE is the privileged interlocutor of crèches, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies and rest homes and is currently proud to hold one of the leadership positions in the sector.

Through the integration of Adecco Medical into the specialised brand XPE, the Adecco Group seeks to further strengthen the special attention it has always afforded the medical field. This desire is justified by the major evolution of demand for this type of service, connected specifically with the growing shortages of (para)medical staff, which, according to some estimates, will account for almost 20% of all recruiting in 2020. This regrouping enables us to further improve the services we offer our clients, as they face this issue with the employment market.

This brand change is accompanied with certain other alterations in terms of the nature and scope of the services offered. XPE Medical will remain specialised in the recruitment of healthcare staff (nurses, paediatric nurses, educators, laboratory assistants and medical secretaries), but will be strengthening its offer of services for the more specialised roles, such as doctors, hospital pharmacists and medical technologists.

In addition to recruiting and selection and its temporary staffing business, XPE Medical also offers a range of tailor-made services such as the (full or partial) management of recruitment and contracting processes. Although healthcare staff recruitment in Belgium remains the priority, XPE Medical also wishes to further develop sourcing of foreign candidates, by means of strengthened international mobility processes.

XPE Medical has offices in Brussels, Wavre and Antwerp and is available at all times, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, thanks to the on-call service. A team of consultants is also available outside regular office hours.
