XPE is a specialist in project sourcing of highly skilled professionals in the fields of pharma & science,  engineering, finance & accounting, customer care, medical and  ict & telecom for top companies in Belgium. XPE offers valuable relocation services to ensure a smooth transition for professionals from outside the Belgium.

On 24th September 2009 XPE Pharma and XPE Engineering have been acquired by Adecco Group Belgium. This acquisition strengthens Adecco’s position in the two most promising professional staffing segments. Today XPE consists of 5 distinct business lines: XPE Pharma & Science, XPE Engineering, XPE Finance & Accounting, XPE Customer care and  XPE Medical. The ICT services are delivered under the brand names Modis & Glotel. 

Adecco Group Belgium is also offering a wide range of General Staffing Solutions and HR Services, Interim Management (3W) and Career Transition and Workforce Solutions (Lee Hecht Harrison/DBM).

Whether your staffing need concerns a contracting (secondment or outsourcing) or direct placement position, we make it our job to find the best fit for your organization. If a suitable candidate cannot be found in the Belgium, we source the right professional from our global database and through our network of partner consultants. We also offer valuable relocation services to international candidates.

As a client, you benefit from our professional sourcing and screening process to ensure candidates meet your specific requirements. This process includes face-to-face interviews and telephone screening, as well as assessments of language skills, technical abilities and sometimes even personality tests – depending on your wishes. Prior to submitting any candidate to you, we also check candidates’ references to confirm their skills and experience.
