XPE is a specialist in project sourcing of highly skilled professionals in the fields of pharma & science, engineering, finance & accounting, customer care, medical and ict & telecom for top companies in Belgium and Romania. XPE offers valuable relocation services to ensure a smooth transition for professionals from outside Belgium.

On 24th September 2009 XPE has been integrated within Adecco Group Belgium. This acquisition strengthens Adecco’s position in the two most promising professional staffing segments. Today XPE consists of 5 distinct business lines: XPE Pharma & Science, XPE Engineering,  XPE Finance & Accounting, XPE Customer Care and XPE Medical. The ICT services are offered under the brands Modis & Glotel.

Adecco Group Belgium is also offering a wide range of General Staffing Solutions and HR Services, Interim Management (3W) and Career Transition and Workforce Solutions (Lee Hecht Harrison/BDM).

Local for Local and International Distance Matching

The combination of local recruitment and international sourcing explains our high recruitment success rate. Local for Local means recruiting local professionals for local vacancies. If we cannot find the requested candidate locally, we will start sourcing internationally.

International Distance Matching comprises the complete range of services needed for the effective placement of international experts.

How it works

XPE is contacted by companies that require skilled employees. Depending on the company’s needs, the term of employment can be either temporary – for example for a project – or permanent.

In both cases we recruit from our local and global network of candidates. If the company is looking to fill a permanent position, the candidate is placed directly and paid by the company. People employed on a temporary or project basis are employed and paid by XPE.
