XPE is looking for a(n) Technician Chassis Dyno (m/f):

- As a Chassis Dyno Operator in the Powertrain Testing division you will perform vehicle preparation and
instrumentation in order to perform the requested chassis dynamometer test.
- Perform a range of dynamometer testing functions in support of the emission engine dynamometer
operations.
- Emissions gas bench operation, chassis dynamometer operation.
- Vehicle set up on the chassis dynamometer.
- Driving various test patterns within the allowable limits of the trace.
- Performing emission equipment daily maintenance safety check.
- Perform vehicle parts and fuel exchange.

Toyota Motor Europe Powertrain Testing Division in Zaventem (Brussels) is responsible for :
- The development and testing of certain engines and transmission for European market.
- Engine and transmission software calibration to achieve performance and environmental targets
- Testing of new Powertrains.
- Summarizing the technical trends of the market to forecast requirements for future products.

Requirements:

1. Education : A2 or A3 in mechanics
2. Experience : Min. 3 years experience in automotive industry as mechanics (dealership or automotive centre)
3. Skills/Expertise/Knowledge :
- Ability to work with standard service tools
- Ability to perform vehicle maintenance parts replacement
4.Technical Skills
- Fluent in English
- Basic PC knowledge
- Ability to work with welding machine
5.Behaviourial skills/ key competencies
- Teamworker
- Flexible (willing to work a limited period in shifts – 6:30 to 14:30 or 13:30 to 21:30)
- Willing to learn
6. Practical information
- Driving license B is a must
