Job description:

As member of the software engineering team you’ll be involved in the full software development cycle of our products, from the development through the testing until the onsite customer support during integration. You’ll be offered the chance to work with different types of applications, platforms, and programming languages. Development of fully embedded firmware for microcontrollers, graphical front-ends/ user interfaces for intelligent displays, application software for testing and configuration purposes and simulation tools will be your responsibility.

Requirements:

- You are a Master or Professional Bachelor in Electronics Engineering (with a passion for software) or in Software Engineering (with a strong background of electronics) with at least 2 years experience
- Good knowledge of C, C++ and / or C# and .NET
- Experience with OOP and multithreading
- Any experience with real-time operating systems is an advantage
- Hardware knowledge: memory processor architecture, experience with microcontrollers
- You are a creative problem solver
- You are customer minded: you can anticipate their needs and provide professional support if needed
- You are result driven and respect strict deadlines
- You are willing to travel worldwide for short stays (15 % of your time)
- You’re able to work independently as well as in a small team
- Being flexible and being able to multitask is a must
- You respect any applied standards and procedures
- You write and speak English fluently
